Christi’s Bridal Photos at the 1940 Air Terminal Museum
We love bridal sessions, but confession time: they are pure torture. Why? Because we have to sit on gorgeous bridal photos like Christi’s for MONTHS before we can share them! It is the worst. Because awesome like this just demands to be unveiled immediately. Of course, we also love a great entrance and the element of surprise…so we wait. But not patiently! And since Christi and Glen got married this weekend (yay!), I can stop tapping my toes and finally post Christi’s bridal photos!
I am not exaggerating when I tell you that I don’t think I can count the number of times we all said “OMG” during this session. It was just that great. We have been dreaming of shooting at the 1940 Air Terminal Museum for years, and Christi was the *perfect* bride to shoot there! Christi was totally gorgeous, and oh man, her dress is awesome! She was an absolute pro, and we joked about how well she follows directions! Plus the art deco building, limestone walls, beautiful natural light, and even some really cool cloud formations made all of our air terminal dreams come true.
It was all pretty much the best day ever, and then, they let us into the hangar, where we all spent equal time geeking out over the aviation gear and you know, actually taking photos. It was there that JD captured one of my very favorite bridal photos ever: Christi hanging out in the opening of the hangar doors. Simply beautiful!
What a great bridal session! Thank you, Christi, for being a photographer’s dream come true! Stay tuned for Christi and Glen’s wedding day photos!
