Jessica and Danny’s Engagement Photos in Katy at No Label Brewery
We instantly fell in love with Jessica and Danny. They wanted to take engagement photos in Katy at No Label Brewery (one of our favorite spots in town to enjoy great beer and good friends), and play some baseball at sunset with their bulldog, (who completely stole my heart with his snorty cuteness). Oh! And they had fantastic custom made baseball shirts with their names and wedding date. OBVIOUSLY, we were totally on board with that kind of fun! We enjoyed some magical light, while Jessica and Danny’s dog enjoyed being bribed with turkey, and y’all…I just love their session. I know you will too!
Jessica and Danny, we can’t wait for your wedding! <3
Bianca’s Bridal Session at the Houstonian Hotel
Holy goodness, is my friend Bianca gorgeous!
I am so excited to share photos from Bianca’s bridal session at the Houstonian Hotel! I have been just dying for Bianca and Scott’s wedding day to come around, first, because I knew it would be an incredible wedding (it was!), and second, because I can’t keep Bianca’s bridal photos locked up any longer. It was just perfect. A gorgeous bride, the dress, the jewelry, the light, a beautiful hotel…this is photographer dream land!
Stay tuned for Bianca and Scott’s wedding photos!
Fallon and James’ Engagement Photos in Sugar Land at the Imperial Sugar Factory
BIG NEWS: Fallon and James are getting married this weekend! We are so ready to celebrate, but not before we share photos from their engagement session. We took Fallon and James’ engagement photos in Sugar Land at the sweetest spot in town: the Imperial Sugar plant. Fun fact: James’ dad used to work there! I bet they never had as much fun as we did…joking around, dancing, even playing a little football. We enjoyed this great engagement session, and we can’t wait to capture Fallon and James’ wedding in just a few days!
Collette and Brian’s Wedding Photos at Esprit de Coeur, Lafayette, Louisiana
It was such a joy to capture Collette and Brian’s wedding photos. Their love, and their families, are so comfortable and happy, all we had to do was wait to catch all the easy, beautiful moments as they unfolded. We especially loved shooting Collette and Brian’s wedding photos at Esprit de Coeur. It was such a gorgeous venue with great natural light, shiny hardwood floors, and of course, simple, classic wedding details from Collette and Brian!
Our favorite things from Collette and Brian’s wedding:
Watching the excitement and close family connections among Collette, her mom, and her sisters as they got ready for the ceremony.
Seeing Brian calmly waiting for his moment with Collette.
All of the children in attendance politely walking past the (very tempting) dessert table.
Beautiful purple lily flower arrangements.
Collette and Brian’s heartfelt wedding ceremony.
Hilarious speeches from Collette’s sisters.
A delicious French-Louisiana dinner that sets the bar for every other wedding reception.
Dancing and family fun, especially the dance between Brian and his mom-who beat cancer just before the wedding!
One of our most busy photo booths ever, filled with kids who had a blast with our props!
What a great wedding! Check out some of our favorite photos from Collette and Brian’s special day:
Congratulations, Collette and Brian!
After more than six years of photographing weddings and families, there’s one thing we’ve been dying to do, but until now, hadn’t found an opportunity for: proposal photos! We get to see and document so many of the happy moments that come after a proposal, but we’re never part of that first awesome surprise. Thanks to Tyler and Marissa, that has changed, and capturing their proposal photos was every bit as awesome as we expected. We’re hooked! This is one of our favorite sessions of all time.
Tyler (oh so thoughtful Tyler) reached out to us and explained his plan for proposing to Marissa at the Waugh Street Bridge. Marissa LOVES bats, and every night, a huge bat colony takes flight at the bridge along the bayou. With the bats, a huge tree stump to share, and a bottle of champagne, Tyler really knocked it out of the park with his proposal to Marissa. How romantic! It took no convincing for us to get on board with being a part of the surprise, and we simply loved being there to document their special moment. We are so honored to have captured Tyler and Marissa’s proposal photos, and are very excited for this wonderful couple!
A big congratulations to Tyler and Marissa! <3

I can’t keep this a secret any more. We love weddings, engagements, babies, and family portraits. But our favorite? Is bridals. There’s just something about a beautiful bride all dressed up and ready to get creative for an hour or two that is such a treat for us! So of course, we were overjoyed to shoot Collette’s bridal session. She looked GORGEOUS, and was totally excited to follow our lead. And not only that, The Gallery generously provided us with a fantastically beautiful space to shoot in. Photographer heaven! Check out some of the fun we had, and stay tuned for Collette and Brian’s wedding photos, coming soon!

We got together with Jodi and Bubba to shoot their engagement session in Old Town Spring, but let’s be honest: their two super cute boys completely stole the show. But we somehow managed to get a few engagement photos in there, too. We can’t wait for the wedding, I know this one will be fun!
